At High Fashion Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original shipping and handling fees.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions for your item.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging and include all inserts, assembly hardware, and a copy of your RA documentation.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Ship the item back to our designated warehouse using a traceable carrier, ensuring the package is fully insured as we cannot be responsible for items damaged during return transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in brand-new condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
